- Provide a certified copy ‘Change of Name’ document such as an Australian marriage certificate or a change of name certificate issued by a state government.
- Provide a copy of a Primary (government-issued) ID which displays your updated name. If you are providing a driver’s licence, please ensure you provide both the front and back.

Share Trading Accounts:
